For a 3 physician spasticity clinic, the project is projected to save over $350k per year in time savings and efficiencies, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. CliniQuick was launched in December 2017 at the GF Strong Spasticity Clinic. Goal: Improve care of acute SCI patients. Create a stronger international presence for RHI. (2011)Action: ISNCSCI Algorithm - a web-based industry standard spinal cord injury assessment tool used by over 500 clinicians in over 40 countries.Goal: Engage researchers in spinal cord injury (SCI) across Canada and create a national registry of SCI patients. Create a national presence for newly created RHI. (2008)Action: Developed RHI's Global Research Platform (GRP) - a secure online platform for medical research registries and studies. Currently hosts 33 research studies and registries, national and international, including the national spinal cord injury registries for Canada, New Zealand, and Israel (pilot stage).

Managed a team of nine developers (hiring, performance appraisals, mentoring), designed the application architecture, and lead the development of a multi-technology software product. Served as technical liaison between Boeing’s Seattle-based business team and Aeroinfo’s Vancouver-based development team. Delivered two major product releases on time and on budget despite shifting requirements due to parallel research and development streams. The product was described as one of the best internal software development projects delivered by Boeing.

Management duties included participation in hiring/firing, managing team dynamics and workflow, technical mentoring, performance appraisals, and project management.
