I applied my analytical thinking to oversee CCBSS accounting and close processes, including all facets of financial statement preparation and related analysis with the internal team members and other stakeholders. I produced final monthly financial reports from Adaptive after analysis of preliminary financials and assessment of trial balance to confirm the placement of SAP and Adaptive in the balance after the post of final entries for month-end close.I provided all aspects of financial planning and analytical support for CCBSS Procurement division, including comprehensive analysis of monthly performance highlights for forecast vs. actuals and monthly rolling estimates with potential risks and opportunities. Prepared accurate and timely summary reporting for management collaboration and review with leadership team including Senior Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents. Partnered with procurement team to understand key commodity contracts, potential rebates, and relevant methodology for distribution of high-volume rebates over $250 million annually to bottlers and participants. Provided ownership and continuous improvement of system capabilities, specifically with SAP master data and ACCESS databases to maintain data integrity and to ensure full compliance with Company standards for financial reporting and audit requirements for SOC internal controls. Served as primary contact to lead CCBSS annual SOC audit to successful completion without any exceptions. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀➡️ Completed needed initiatives and action items to run parallel during the week of 11/5/2013 and transitioned to the new CashPro ACH Online banking process by Nov. 12th without any interruptions in the weekly ACH payment cycle for CCBSS and Route-to-Market (RTM) vendors. ➡️ Served as finance primary contact to contribute to master data for customers and vendors transferring from SAP test box to production before go-live on the new SAP financial system.

I was the Primary Opex Business Partner for CCR’s security, facilities, innovation/R&D, and strategic marketing functions in the HQ Opex Center of Excellence (COE), which involved punctual and precise financial reporting and related analysis for the department and consolidated level for $60M in Opex. I performed the monthly review of financial results and launched estimates with management and team leads. I organized and participated in monthly rolling estimate (RE) meetings with clients to assess and deliberate monthly OPEX results, forecast RE, and configure RE as needed to enhance forecast precision.
