RM4Tech is a software development company that is family owned and family run. RM4Tech began in 2012 and is comprised of my husband, Ryan, my sons, Riley and Reid, and myself.

Worked directly under Scitor Corporation CFO. Created budgets for entire company of over 500 people. Created personel scheduling charts for entire company. Analyzed budget and personel data to determine any anomalies or staffing issues. Forecasted data related to hiring new employees, both indirect and direct. Created ad-hoc budgets and personel scheduling charts as needed by CFO and President.

Program Manager of 35 to 50 people who were working on mulitiple contracts worth over 30 millions dollars. These people included software developers, software designers, testers, installers, and trainers. Interacted and made presentations to other subcontractors, Air Force personel, and Mission Control Personel. Wrote and negotiated new contracts as well as contract extensions. Created and provided internal budgets to CFO. Provided budgets and personel scheduling to the Prime Contractor. Hired and fired personel as needed. Interacted with other subcontractors also working under our Prime Contractor.

Manager of 10 to 15 people who were working on satellite programs. These people included software developers, software designers, testers, installers, and trainers. Interacted and made presentations to prime contractor, other subcontractors, Air Force personel, and Mission Control Personel. Wrote and negotiated contracts. Created and provided personel scheduling charts and budgets to Program Manager.

Sent on special assignment to Colorado Springs to work along side Scitor personel on new Command and Control software. Trained Air Force personel at Falcon Air Force Base in Colorado on new Command and Control software.

Worked in classified Mission Control Complex to train Operations Controllers in new Satellite Command and Control software that controlled classified satellites.

Fixed deficiencies and tested maneuver satellite software. Briefed Air Force personnel on status and capabilities of software.

Developed and Tested Programs which maneuvered the DSCS III Satellite. Made presentations to Air Force personnel.
