- Managing Information Technology and computer systems - Responsible for the readiness and availability of computer systems / applications in the corporate environment - Creating and implementing all systems and applications - Design, manage and supervise and evaluate the operational of the information system (software and applications) and its supporters (hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications) - Creating and implementing IT policies and procedures, including IT security policy - Work with IT vendors to design, create and implement systems or applications if needed - Create and oversee IT budgets (budgets) and expenditures - Providing Information Technology solutions - Responsible for providing infrastructure services including applications, computer networks (LAN / WAN), Information Technology security and telecommunications - Providing recommendations about information systems solutions and their supporters - Provide orientation to new employees regarding the applications or systems currently used and IT plans or strategies in general - Designing and making IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) - Provide direction to subordinates regarding the use and technology solutions - Supervision and maintenance of Information Technology - Work closely with senior management to create, design IT services in the Service Level Agreements document - Provide monthly reports to the IT Manager on all aspects of the IT department (Information Technology)
