Designed and implemented a web-based budgetary Decision Support System (DSS) for the Coordinating Office for Terrorism Preparedness and Emergency Response at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2005.The public consulting division of BearingPoint was acquired by Deloitte in April of 2009.

Developed a distributed application for the management of small hospitals and clinics (up to 200 beds), using Java, SQL, and HTML. The application provided HIPAA-compliant access, via desktop PC, tablet, and PDA to all medical records, administrative data, and scheduling for the hospital.Developed software using C# and SQL to convert old client data files from legacy applications into modern usable formats and merge the data into the application’s database.Implemented the Bugzilla bug tracking system to track features and bugs throughout the SDLC.Implemented source control for the applications under development using CVS.
