I started Novo Solutions in 1999 with a strong desire to help businesses and organizations improve the way they do business. Novo is a latin word that means to make new, renovate, renew. The desire was to provide web based software to "novo" certain, operational parts of a business or organization. We started with developing custom web applications but then released our first software product in 2003. This first product grew into a suite of Customer Support Software used both for internal support such as an IT Help Desk, as well as external customer support - supporting end customers.In 2013 we released our 2nd generation software platform called ShareNet. ShareNet is a highly flexible, web and mobile cloud platform.
