Partner with Field Operations partners to ensure profit improvement initiatives throughout the market and across formats including shrink, safety, theft resolution and standard operating procedures.- Works to develop the Teams Leadership and Managerial capabilities.- Ensure proper inventory practices are in place to mitigate shrink impact in stores- Works with all operational partners within the market and the store to improve operational processes.- Conducts regular store visits, assessments and investigations to improve results.- Works as the advocate and business partner within the market around operational excellence.

Massachusetts, United States & Connecticut

Manage, support and develop a team of 7 District Loss Prevention Managers in Metro Boston and Connecticut. Drive business results in collaboration with 2 Regional Directors and 16 District Leaders. Analyze shrink data and predictive metrics to identify areas of opportunity and engage team to develop and implement innovative actions to mitigate shrink risks. Division LP Director to develop comprehensive initiatives to mitigate shrink risks.

East Coast

Manage a team of LP Managers and Supervisors in nine distribution facilities on the east coast. Coach and provide direction to my team that fosters an environment of teamwork between Loss Prevention and our operational business partners to deliver positive results.

Northeast

Manage a team of 8 Regional Loss Prevention Managers in MA, NH, ME, VT, NY.
