CurrentIn this role, I lead the strategic direction of the Blue Square IT Operations team. Beyond this, I actively support the broader business by harnessing data for reporting and driving quality-of-life improvements in people's roles through innovative automation, API integration, and cutting-edge technical solutions.Furthermore, it encompasses the management of tech kit deployment, license provisioning for both central and field teams to enhance their operational efficiency, ensuring they continue to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients.The position also entails the responsibility of nurturing our advanced analytics capabilities, yielding deeper insights in our data-rich environment. Our overarching goal with advanced analytics is to provide more actionable insights for our client teams. This empowers them to make both long-term strategic decisions and short-term tactical adjustments to maximize their own teams' potential and, in turn, enhance their overall quality of life at work.Additionally, I work alongside compliance teams to ensure that employees adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Simultaneously, I collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, aligning our efforts with the overarching business goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
