R3 is a small business in Honesdale Pennsylvania which provides many home improvement materials such as Benjamin Moore paint and other construction materials and supplies for general home use. They became a dealer of Husqvarna, Scag, and other related product becoming the largest supplier in the area. They also specialize in the installation and sales of Generac generators.Originally brought on to aid on projects focused on the services side of the business. As the company attempted expanding their sales and service side I was assigned various roles form sales to service, warranty claims, and an aid for the Generator Installs. This experience gave me a chance to develop exceptional customer service skills, enhance service side skills and gain new experiences with various responsibilities. It was a wonderful opportunity and am very grateful for the experience.
