In this position I am responsible for leading MEIT’s identification, capture and bid of new business opportunities in the federal and commercial sectors. As a member of MEIT’s leadership team I play an integral role in the development and execution of the company’s development and growth strategy with a focus on expanding our customer base and moving into new markets.

In this position I am responsible for leading SAIC’s Space, Aviation and Science Operations strategic planning for NASA and space related business opportunities including launch and range systems. Specific duties include the identification of new opportunities that support the achievement of our strategic objectives, capture planning and execution leveraging the entire SAIC enterprise, proposal development and contract start up.

As the Operations and Engineering Division Manager my focus is was on excellence in contract execution and performance; capture of new SE&I, T&E, and operations work across NASA; team development; and contract growth. Primary responsibilities include leading the identification and capture of new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction on current contracts, providing personnel management and technical leadership to my team, and financial planning and management of the contracts within the Operations and Engineering Division.

Direct the SAIC efforts performed in support of the systems engineering and integration and project management activities performed in support of the Constellation Program/Project Offices located at the Johnson & Kennedy Space Centers. Responsibilities include the management of task order execution, financial planning and budget control, personnel management and business development. Contract tasks included project planning and control, systems engineering and integration, risk management and test and evaluation. In this position I was responsible for 50+ engineers and analysts.
