I decided to blend my knowledge on the mind with the turbulent first season that I experienced with Brentford FC and the result was Graduation, Life Lessons of a Professional Footballer. Writing a book was on my life goals so I was immensely proud to have ticked that off my bucket list and gaining highly positive reviews was the icing on the cake. Arguably goalkeeping requires a greater mental awareness than those playing 'outfield' given the isolation on a football field coupled with the fact that you are very much the last line of defence.
