Install custom and award winning cabinetry in all high end homes, condos, and apartments. Install casework and cabinetry on commercial job-sites that included banks, law offices, business offices, hospitals, schools, hotels, resorts, etc. Contact home owner or job-site superintendent to set up delivery and installation time and dates. Once on the job-site I would coordinate all workers on duties and responsibilities. I would communicate between designers and customers when it was necessary to make changes and or modifications which always seemed to happen. I needed to maintain a level head at all times even when others were losing theirs. Job sites are a full on rush to get the work completed and someone is always in the way or causing damage. We were always one of the first in and last out while I was the lead installer and maintained a level of professionalism on every job.

Call customers and set up delivery and installation time. Load job from warehouse and deliver. Unload and install. Make adjustments that were needed according to each job. Collect payments from customers. Closets like cabinets must be plum and level in order to withstand the daily life of having things hang and set on it without rolling off. So living in New Mexico and dealing with adobe walls helped my ability to think on the go and make decisions on the spot.

Build custom crates, boxes, transportation sleds for million dollar tools and equipment and make sure all box components were allowed to be imported into the receiving country. These included Israel, Ireland, UK, as well as locations inside the US. Get work orders from the onsite foreman on crate sizes and specs on each tool or piece of equipment. Draw up custom boxes for safe transport, split duties between workers, place decals, paint, shock readers, send onsite for assembly with equipment. This was a job that made me think due to the awkwardness or each part. Pics and measurements were all I had in order to build a secure transport box for million dollar tools and equipment.

Learn the ins and outs of the plumbing industry. From service to installation and from new construction to remodeling. After 8 months I was left on job-sites on my own, had multiple certifications including a ward-flex installation certificate which enabled me to install ward-flex gas lines in new construction apartments. The owner Dave Dallago Jr. said I would always have a job if I decided to move back.

Learn the job of meat trimmer for the lead butcher. Handle a very sharp 12" knife, cold temps, and the sight of blood. lots of blood.. Than I would help the wrapper and everything was hand wrapped, I was a quick learner, then we received a new automated wrapper. The prior wrapper did not like new tech so then I was a full time wrapper. Being a wrapper I would have to stay after everyone else and help customers with cutting any meats. I found that I was able to communicate very well and customer satisfaction was always key.
