Coordinated with millwrights and plant officials 24/7 in shutting down a tripe line without disrupting operations. ● Oversaw a crew of approximately 30 individuals to add 22 lines to a new processing area at a Purina manufacturing plant for laser sensors that involved over 30,000 electrical/control terminations. ● Supervised a crew to renovate a packaging line at a former distribution center (500,000 square feet) for a new Hormel production plant. This involved a highly complex installation and synchronization process of eight different lines for each product.
