Over the past year I have travelled to the Middle East, Scandinavia and the UK to compile reports regarding the suitability of the audited companies. These audits have numerous components including financial, operations, administration and QHSE matters. Working as both "game-keeper and poacher" I have also been engaged to train sales and purchasing personnel for (different) major suppliers within the petroleum industry in negotiating and operational techniques. All companies involved engaged me for repeat sessions.In an extension to the negotiation training I have recently completed an English training programme at an international call centre where I took all the employees through presenting their company to clients from first contact to following up leads using both phone and email.
