• Design, document and govern the implementation of new e-commerce platform in APAC markets with harmonized CORE e-commerce best practices while also supporting any localization required. • Work with system implementation and UIUX vendors, together with project team for planning and execution of project activities and ensure deliverables are delivered timely with the right quality.• Lead and conduct requirement gathering with key business stakeholders via interviews, gap-fit analysis and user story grooming sessions. • Support technical solutioning led by IT by bridging any communication, knowledge & experience gap between technology and business requirement. • Lead and conduct evaluation on business requirements & solution, and facilitated project scoping such as MVP recommendation and signoff of scope of work. • Lead, conduct and oversee documentation activities including the signoff of the deliverables such as user stories, use cases/acceptance criteria and UI UX deliverables (wireframe and hi-fi mockup). • Support post development activities such as testing, change management and backlog management (backlog for post launch). • Constantly stay in touch and working as a team with SMEs, IT, designers, vendors and management to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
