I have worked at The Castle Quarter since 2004, as Assistant Property Manager, from Nov 2022 I have stepped into the role of acting Facilities Manager, working towards promotionI manage multi tenanted office/retail/commercial buildings, Residential property, Listed Arcades/Malls and office blocks.I am a member of Knight Frank/Promise FM's Health and Safety Prevent team, I have won a Gold Award for Health and safety for the portfolio. I am experienced in managing compliance, contractor management, service charge budgets, processing invoices and raising purchase orders. I deal with multiple tenants needs daily, manage the onsite staff and coordinate and monitor contractors.
