Key Responsibilities – To facilitate communication and maintain schedules for $6 Million dollars’ worth of Smart Grid Projects.• Took on ownership of schedules for 150 “Tripsaver” projects, each valued at approximately $40,000. Each schedule was managed through Primavera and analyzed bi-weekly.• Introduced my department to Excels integration with Primavera, Python Programming, SQL Programming, and to the field of Industrial Engineering more broadly.• Developed tools using Python and Visual Basic to automate non-essential tasks such as email composition and resource allocation in the schedules.• Leveraged Ameren’s database using SQL to analyze KPI’s in Excel for management.

Key Responsibilities – To Investigate and deliver an insightful analysis on the operational cost of assets within the flagship distribution center.• Performed a comprehensive recording of the type, location, and identifying tag on each asset within the 440,000 sq. foot distribution center. • Organized the assets into a hierarchy to illustrate functional differences.• Conducted time studies across the distribution center to update or create time standards for defined processes.• Conducted time studies on 30 essential processes to calculate expected throughput, the frequency of asset usage, and total asset utilization.• Consolidated each former deliverable into a single, user friendly, dynamic, and updatable Excel Tool for future reference or calculations.
