I managed comprehensive training programs as Training Program Manager for Cape Town and Dublin sites. This responsibility included overseeing the delivery, implementation, and administration of technical and non-technical training initiatives for AWS Support.

As a Trainer at AWS, I played a pivotal role in optimising performance across multiple customer service sites globally. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the complete delivery cycle of established training programs, primarily focused on new hire training of Technical Customer Service Associates.My role involved a diverse array of learning activities, conducted both in structured/formal settings and directly on the operational floor. I utilised various learning methodologies such as instructor-led sessions and virtual training to foster development. Additionally, I facilitated a wide range of learning interventions including workshops, floor support, refresher sessions, and formal classroom-based programs.
