I am currently working for Kier London as a commercial manager. I have operated as a commercial lead on projects to a value of £50m. For the past 5 years of my career I have been a visiting manager across a suite of 2 to 3 projects running concurrently. These typically have a value of between £25-50m each. Managing a team of 6-7 surveyors across the projects.I provide strong functional leadership, management, governance for all commercial activities pre and post contract across a portfolio of projects.
