I am responsible for dispatch of off site operations of contact for a large distribution warehouse for a major corporation. Manage 6 local trucks servicing customers twice daily,AM run and PM. Coordination of 200 plus orders a day and up to 25 pick ups from vendors for expedited delivery. Route and track shipments to meet appointment schedules. Maintain records of hours of service, manifests and proof of delivery. Heavy interaction with sales and management team to coordinate delivery schedule.My most recent achievement is the build and development of a internal digital load board to display orders as they are printed for pick and pack and routed for shipment, which are shared in the cloud with warehouse staff at shipping station. Including a bar code order log system where they are scanned/ logged and time stamped to spread sheet in google sheets as they are sent to warehouse for processing. and same log system which warehouse staff uses to sign out tickets to track which staff member has the order and time taken. This information is available to all warehouse management in real time.
