I am fascinated by how businesses and people work. They are vital to each other, yet they often speak a different language. This paradox has drawn me in to understanding the difficulties and the excitement that this causes. I like to find ways to help businesses and the people within them to develop harmoniously.I have gained a wide range of experiences working within a variety of business verticals. My time at Lloyds banking gave me a solid foundation in sales and management. The games and technology market gave me exposure to cutting edge businesses and their differing approaches. I have set up three companies ranging from telecoms to the leisure industry as well as working for the English Cricket Board.I work with companies, both small and large, to find ways to ignite the workforce. I do this through business coaching and group engagement. I love true experiential learning.
