Transformation Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Lead and drive Council’s whole-of-business transformation programme, champion and enable change organisation-wide.• Shape and align Council from top-to-bottom to deliver on the ambitions of Council and community. • Lead and manage the Council’s portfolio of transformational projects.Key Achievements:• Successfully lead an ambitious organisational transformation programme from ideation of a new target operating model to implementation of widespread structural changes. The programme was delivered in a way that involved all staff throughout to reduce resistance to change and create a culture of partnership and collaboration. Successfully achieved bankable efficiencies (10%) whilst improving organisational effectiveness.• Established and lead the Programme Team, methodology and approach to deliver the Programme.• Developed Target Operating Model and established the organisational structure – ensuring Council is fit for the future.
