- Deal Negotiation - Responsible for pan-regional acquisitions across BBCW’s pay TV portfolio.- Budget Management - Deliver deals to financial targets including day to day monitoringof multiple budget lines across numerous channels and regions. - Deadlines - Working to inflexible deadlines accommodating timelines of scheduling,marketing, operations and creative teams.- Digital Rights - Acquisition of rights for Catch-Up and VOD services including BBCWs GlobaliPlayer.- Relationship Building - Experienced in face to face meetings/negotiations with distributorsand producers including TV markets with contacts across all major UK rights holders, many US studios and non-UK distributors.- Research - Responsible for condensing large volumes of data regarding TV trends, avails and commissioning across multiple genres.- Tracking and Assessment - Continually monitoring programming from commission to delivery and assessing suitability through treatment, script and rough cut stages.- Editorial - Contributing editorial steers on content pitched and viewed to BBCW programming teams.- International Launches - Co-ordinating synchronised launches of brands across multiple channels feeds and advising affiliate sales on any issues or commercial restrictions with proposed launches.- Investment Rationale - Making cases for investment in specific shows to finance and senior management.- Presentations - Presenting programming and reports to management, programming/investment and sales teams within BBCWW.

- Management of output deals - working across selection and negotiation of BBCW content for international channels.- Channel Launches - Project work across numerous channel launches including editorial inputon brand propositions.- Instigating new processes across full acquisition work flow.- Tracking investment of titles by BBCWW.

- Content Supply - Account management of BBCW’s international channels- Windowing - Managing holdbacks with large network of key EMEA broadcasters. - Rights clearance - closely working with rights team gaining a thorough understanding of underlying rights issues associated with content.- Supporting account management of Pan-European customers.
