Therapeutic Massage is beyond just a relaxation or even a deep tissue massage. It's what a form of manual therapy that invokes the entire scope of practice of Massage Therapy.The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.My goal in therapy is to not just relieve pain, but maintain, rehabilitate and augment your functionality!Through assessment, learning about your issues and tackling it through treatment, and finally adding in preventative measures is my methodology.
