Managing the implementation and operation of a grant funded Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program within the Department of Community Services / Housing Supports and Self Sufficiency Unit. Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of the program plan, processes and system, monitoring program performance and budget, and organization and maintenance of project records ensuring compliance with applicable federal and local regulations and policies. Additionally, responsible to review applications, ensuring eligibility and documentation, and to act as a liaison for software provider, agencies, other county departments, and external partners.

As a member of the IT Middleware organization, managed application integration programs and projects. Responsibilities included program / project development, planning, budget and resource management, external vendor negotiation and engagement, overall coordination of project activities and deployments, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, led the performance management and quality assurance initiatives within the organization.

Within the IT Agile Software Delivery & Quality Assurance organization, led the team responsible for independent testing and code quality assurance services, and service introduction, use-phase preparation, and DevOps process management.

Led an IT Service Management team of process owners responsible for the ITIL process strategy, planning, design and delivery. Included serving as process subject matter experts, process design and documentation, management of external supplier, and user community training.

Responsible for the IT change and configuration management processes and operations. Included leading a technical team that validated IT operational change requests, process ownership, managing IT change management calendar including maintenance windows and quiet periods, and oversight and direction of an external supplier that supported process operations.

As part of the IT Network Engineering and Implementation organization, was responsible for network planning and design functions, project management and telecom expense management. Supervised a diverse team of technical engineers, project managers and financial administrators.
