PRODUCING• Spearheads production of content including commercials, social media content, branded content, documentary, short films and more • Meets with stakeholders to gather requirements, represent the client on shoots, and manages editing process to deliver engaging video content • Production planning (creating budgets, workback schedules, hiring crew, booking talent, securing locations, negotiating rates, gathering feedback and approvals from stakeholders)DIRECTING• Pitching ideas using scripts, treatments, storyboards and mood boards• Technical and creative vision to collaborate with project teams, as well as work independently, to achieve impactful video content• Directs video shoots, interprets scripts, selects cast and advises in delivery of performanceSHOOTING• Strong video production skills, shoots in a variety of styles on location and in studio• Operates, transports, sets up, and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting and other production equipment• Collaborates with team to determine lighting, lenses, camera angles and blocking for shootsEDITING• Designs graphics using Adobe Photoshop and animates with Adobe After Effects• Records voice over, performs noise removal, mixes final audio as needed• Manages the editing process to deliver kinetic visual stories for all size screens
