Twenty-five years’ experience as a Boy Scout leader and Trainer, including teaching Scoutmaster Fundamentals (25 years) and Wood Badge (high performance team-based leadership, 12 years), and Trainer’s EDGE (teaching trainers how to train, 17 years), and numerous additional Boy Scout and Scout leader training. Directed and led a training staff of 8 to completely overhaul and implement the local Outdoor Leader Skills syllabus (85 separate training modules).
