I led the development of our IP in the form of a ground-breaking personality survey called OCEANS which repositions personality in a development and non-judgmental way unlike most of our competitors; a High Performance Competency Model and surveys (personal, 180-degree and 360-degree) and Mentis SONAR - a survey and reporting dashboard which explores relationships and social capital in networks of talented people.At the heart of what we do exists an evidence-based and ethical approach – driven by research, data science and tech.As an Organizational Psychologist, Executive Coach and Team Facilitator I offer thirty four years' experience working with multinational companies, governmental organizations and NGO's in professional and leadership selection, development, and personality profiling. Mentis has a network of offices (London, Singapore, Dubai, Bangkok and Cebu) with a team of professional consultants across UK, Middle East, and South East Asia and a dedicated software development and technology team based in Cebu, Philippines. I lead Mentis in the research and development of talent surveys and insight systems and using AGILE software development for our Mentis Talent MAP platform and dashboard.
