Manuals were written in Adobe Framemaker and published as PDFs. • Core team member in creation of global writing and publication standards. These standards addressed key areas including varying paper sizes between countries, naming conventions and audience-appropriate language.• De facto Alpha and Beta Tester during product development. As manuals were created prior to product release, I verified that the products performed within specification and recorded deviations when discovered.• Technical Liaison working directly with engineering and other technical subject matter experts to identify common pinch points and reduce inbound technical support calls.• In-house Spanish Translator responsible for translating software help files into Spanish. This project required extensive use of SDL Trados as well as off hour teleconferencing and online meetings with primary author in India.
