I am the Principal at Pineapple Hospitality Consulting Group, a firm focused on providing innovative solutions to restaurants and other guest service businesses at any stage of development. The team is comprised of seasoned executives with decades of experience building and growing businesses in the hospitality industry. I have over 40 years of experience advising corporations and businesses on a broad range of business and legal matters. Most recently, I spent over 17 years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Legal Sea Foods LLC, a family-owned restaurant group with 35 locations across 8 states, where I led all corporate and real estate transactions and directed risk management and human resources strategies. Additionally, I am passionate about actively serving on many non-profit boards focused on education and equity. I am a frequent conference panelist and speaker on corporate real estate and law.
