Business Consultant
Current- Support end-to-end projects and client relationships, including gathering of business requirements, establishing business needs, applying Voice of the Customer (VoC) best practices and strategies, and providing ongoing support, insight and direction to clients.- Learn and develop Customer Experience Best Practices with an experienced team of CX and analytics professionals, then implement them with clients in large-scale production environments.- Consult with our clients to make insights-driven business recommendations. Design and modify analytics frameworks leveraging clients' qualitative and quantitative data. Implement frameworks, provide insights and findings, and collaborate with the client to suggest action steps.- Incorporate advanced analytics data analysis techniques into client programs and elegantly package business insights and findings for end user consumption.- Turn insight into actions by presenting your findings to senior members of the customer team to recommend what actions they can take.- Measure the impact of those actions by tracking the changes to confirm if they had the impact that you had outlined and what return on investment (ROI) did the company receive from that.
