Prior to GBG, I had responsibility for investor relations at Aggreko, formerly the FTSE250 listed global leader in temporary power and temperature control. Notable achievements included our capital markets engagement to set out a Net Zero strategy, before working on the $3bn public to private sale of the Group to a private equity consortium in 2021, and its subsequent debt refinancing.Background also includes two FTSE 100 multinationals in the energy and aerospace & defence. I am a commercial minded and challenging finance business partner (Chartered Management Accountant by background), who is adept at building trust, generating credible relationships with internal stakeholders to develop the equity story, and communicate it effectively with the investment community.Have gained broad experience working in the capital markets, managing external relationships with corporate brokers, equity analysts and institutional investors to constructively engage and deputise for management. Active Investor Relations society member, sitting on the education committee since 2018.
