As a Senior Business Analyst at Transport for NSW, I have work on major projects with a major focus on efficiency improvements through better processes and automation. These projects include:- Digitisation of Medical Fitness to Drive forms.This project took a rudimentary online form used by a small number of GPs to complete fitness to drive assessments and provided a sophisticated form used by a large percentage of GPs and Specialists to get an immediate response from TfNSW. This saved patients a trip to Service NSW to hand in a paper form and meant that doctors and patients alike new if the patient was fit to drive or needed further assessments from specialists. - Digitisation of vehicle registration notices. This project enabled NSW drivers to opt in to receiving digital notifications of upcoming vehicle registration renewal. Senior BA performing extensive range of functions related to upgrading the QBE fleet to Windows 10 in Australia and New Zealand. Employed on a contract basis as a Senior Business Analyst within the BA CoE (Business Analysis Centre of Excellence). Primarily engaged on the Windows 8.1 Deployment ("Runway") program. This major program involved the deployment of new Windows 8.1 devices to approx. 28,000 office staff (not branches) across Australia and abroad. My role was Team Leader of the 'Data Analytics' team which consisted of up to 5 Business Analysts.
