As a Senior Business Analyst at Transport for NSW, I have work on major projects with a major focus on efficiency improvements through better processes and automation. These projects include:- Digitisation of Medical Fitness to Drive forms.This project took a rudimentary online form used by a small number of GPs to complete fitness to drive assessments and provided a sophisticated form used by a large percentage of GPs and Specialists to get an immediate response from TfNSW. This saved patients a trip to Service NSW to hand in a paper form and meant that doctors and patients alike new if the patient was fit to drive or needed further assessments from specialists. - Digitisation of vehicle registration notices. This project enabled NSW drivers to opt in to receiving digital notifications of upcoming vehicle registration renewal.
