• Brought the Product Test and Development Infrastructure teams together into a single team for greater efficiency and automation. • Successfully rolled out a system that tied the daily builds from the infrastructure team into a test farm utilizing a shared pool of OMAP4 and OMAP5 boards at multiple worldwide sites. Static analysis was done per patch and board level execution was automatically triggered for each daily build with results reported by email and a web interface. A simple web interface also allowed anyone to schedule and run predefined tests on their own image without having direct access to a board or knowledge of how to run the test cases.• Responsible for Android Product Test execution for OMAP5. These cover Functional, Robustness, Stress, Power, Performance, and Benchmarks.• Served as Cost Center Manager for the Google Hub team in Dallas with responsibility for reviewing time billed to projects, capital and expense requests, and board forecasts.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Successfully built a small, agile team to support a new customer and operating system for OMAP4 processors and successfully ramped the first OMAP4 product. The team was worldwide and based in Dallas Texas, Bangalore India, and Ottawa Canada.• Drove execution from the initial customer kickoff meeting, to building the team, and through the first product launch and development of derivative products.• Responsible for IPC, hardware accelerated video, camera for both smart and raw sensors, and power management on both phones and tablets.• Focused on identifying future strategic needs for the team and proactively developed the team members to be ready for them in advance.• Mentored and developed next level leads in the team so that they could take over my role and I could attack new problems in the organization.
