CIO and Program Director EhealthWAI have been described as individual who brings vision and leadership to an organisation and have demonstrated this at my most recent position as the CIO of WA Health. My strategic vision and leadership in driving reform has created a new shared service for WA Health the Health Information Network (HIN). HIN is a crucial component of health reform and will ensure WA Health can meet both clinical and financial targets set by the state. The key focus when establishing the operational priorities and strategy for HIN was to ensure it was capable of meeting the current and future requirements of WA Health. To achieve this we commenced to develop a dedicated workforce with clear short and long term goals with a medium term strategy to develop a strong performance culture by which to achieve successful outcomes

Head of IT after merger with StateWestI have also spent 10 Years in a senior executive role in the Banking and Finance sector, during this time we merged with several other financial institutions. We also led the WA industry with our use of technology to achieve business outcomes and process improvements. During this time we also achieved a low cost to income ratio that was reflective of a much larger organisation during my tenure we also successfully obtained a banking licence which required a full APRA review of the ICT service and risk management to ensure it met banking standards.
