Jason has extensive experience in commercial real estate, having founded and managed investment vehicles that have worked with various asset classes, such as industrial, retail, office, and multifamily. He has invested, developed, managed, and operated assets worth over $1 billion across multiple major US markets, and has consistently generated higher-than-expected returns for institutional, family office, and private equity groups through an entrepreneurial approach. Before commercial real estate, Jason was the founding principal of a manufacturing firm and is a licensed California Broker with designations from and active involvement with CCIM, NAIOP, and SIOR. He holds degrees in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
