I have an experience of 14 years in the Telecom and BPO sector. I am an expert in Partner Management, Client Relationships, Project Management and Customer Service domains. During my stint with Bharti Airtel, I was responsible for managing the relationship and contract management with the Strategic Outsourced Partners. With IBM Daksh, I managed large teams responsible for offshore customer service in the Retail and Travel verticals. At Exclusively I was entrusted with building a cost effective Service Operations Model, setting up various customer delivery channels (Inbound & Outbound) and drive best in class service delivery. At British Telecom, I started with managing the Commercial Workstream for a Global Goods Consumer Company (Fixed Voice to Teams Transformations) and then moved to the WAN Tower and now I am the Global Lead for LAN Transformation.
