In 2014, I co-founded 425 Consulting Group (URL) to bring large enterprise experience in business processes, systems, and business intelligence to small and medium-sized organizations through a powerful combination of Business Consulting, Business Applications, and Microsoft Power BI. 425 Consulting Group is a consulting firm specializing in transforming organizations by positioning them for growth through tailor-made solutions in business consulting, business applications, and business intelligence. The firm's mission is to empower organizations to envision new possibilities, achieve objectives faster, and operate more efficiently by aligning processes and technology with goals. 425 Consulting Group has established itself as a trusted partner by leveraging its team's expansive industry knowledge and business and technical expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients nationwide.Before starting 425 Consulting, I leveraged the accounting experience I gained from the CPA firm of Moss Adams to become the Group Finance Manager at Microsoft. My team of 25+ employees and vendors provided solution delivery for finance applications including Microsoft’s implementation of SAP, management reporting and business intelligence, corporate accounting operations, and user support for the global finance organization. I am proud to know that the systems, processes, and reporting work we originally designed, developed, managed, and maintained continue to be the framework of Microsoft’s operations today.Building a legacy of success for my family is my core purpose. The arrival of my twins at 28 weeks was a life-changing event. It taught me the importance of prioritizing family and taking control of my time.
