I’ve spent the last 15+ years leading financial management & reporting, risk assessment & mitigation, and developing finance-specific engineering requirements and process design initiatives for Microsoft. During my nearly two decades with Microsoft, I became known for strong leadership skills and a proven track record of inspiring teams to deliver exceptional value while simultaneously driving efficiency and reducing risk. I was regularly called upon given my unique ability to lead critical large-scale projects, while concurrently providing financial and technical expertise. My strong business process/capability design and analytical skills have allowed me to deliver new business models and productivity gains throughout my various roles. I’m also well versed in Lean/Six Sigma techniques. As a long time resident of the Pacific Northwest, I love spending my free time camping and exploring the diverse scenery and towns our region has to offer.
