Develop, analyze and debug robust application for military clients using extensive knowledge of web-based programming including JavaScript, ActionScript, Flex, SQL, XML, HTML/CSS, ASP.NET and Visual Studio C#. Evaluate application UX/UI and develop cleaner solutions to maximize user impact while minimizing application complexity.

Design and develop programming solutions for ongoing inspection assistance application. Our client requested a mobile-friendly application to assist in daily inspections for hundreds of sites around the world. My job is to contribute to the development, deployment and maintenance of this application using my extensive scripting skills.

I was a support role that served multiple projects as a Flash developer, training developer and LMS administrator. My daily duties involved building interactive animations, design training simulations to meet client requirements, and develop new interfaces for our LMS that would serve content to our portal.

Web Design ­ Design web sites for the church, set up hosting and domain names, establish email accounts, SEO, and create and maintian streaming media for international audiences. Used Flash, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML and Audacity.Online Ministry Director ­ Manage a team of less than a dozen church members interested in posting content on the web sites. Create, organize and lead various events to showcase talented members. Produced and directed various videos and slide shows for church events and social gatherings. Used Magix, Audacity, Paint Shop Pro, PSPad, XML, HTML, JavaScript, FTP and managerial skills.

Associate Member of the Technical Staff Graphic Team Lead ­ Establish and enforce graphic standards and work procedures. Manage a team of seven artists and Flash developers. Software developer - Responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining Flash training products for Department of Defense. Also used PhotoShop and SoundForge.
