Current• Named as Enterprise Architect for Corporate Applications in addition to current roles.• Assumed additional responsibilities from Web/Intranet to include Performance Engineering, Team Integrations and Marketing Technology multiple teams in Application Development for Digital Technology, Marketing, Communications, and Mobile Development.• Drove the development and launch of new global web site(s) including implementing the new branding and providing strategic direction on featuring products and experts to position XL Catlin as a new global leader in the Insurance market. •Led the launch of a new SharePoint global intranet site which incorporated the new organization’s values, philosophy and branding into a sleek, intuitive design across desktop and mobile devices.•Key member of the IT redesign team. Composed a new Operating Model, partnered with 3 strategic vendors and redesigned the IT support teams to best align with the business units and gain integration savings of over $90M in 2 years.•Established a centralized Performance Engineering team, selected products, and created processes that allowed end-to-end insights into applications to resolve global performance challenges.•Responsible for driving innovative solutions through responsive application development. Manage budget, staff, consultants and vendors, leading them in full System Development Lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.•Led the technology selection, platform consolidation and roll-out of all XL Catlin's websites and Intranets. Drove internal team, design/development vendors and off-shore QA in the full SDLC utilizing a new Content Management System with the goal of empowering business colleagues to update the site without IT intervention.•Led Information Resources Team that consolidates all Insurance based research and documentation for global usage.
