Applications Systems Analyst Provide IT Support for NaviCare Watch Child Fetal monitoring system for the OBGYN areas. Support Point Care Click application for the Transitional Care Unit, Morrissey Physician credentialing system, Trauma Dispatch and Trauma registry applications and Employee Health application support. Project manager and technical lead in the replacement, implementation, and configuration of POS cash register system which encompasses all Gift Shop stores sales, and Volunteer Services Fundraising sales events, provide sales staff training, and continue to provide IT support for (Radiant Counter Point System) stores operates 6 days a week. Currently involved in lead role in Medical Record Indexing application (EDCO Solarity), coordinating various areas of the hospital for scanning of medical records to enhance speed of entering patient documents to EMR. Provided lead role in new implementation, configuration, including mounting of laptops/scanners and infection control devices for new BMCA program for 200+ Mobile carts utilized in patient areas for scanning patient medication documentation to Electronic health record and badge tap access to hospital EHR system (EPIC) .

Support and manage the hospital electronic Medical Records and Financial system , utilizing McKesson Horizon Patient Folder EMR system and Horizon Business Folder system. Managed systems servers which consisted of 26 servers both physical and virtual. Both systems were utilized in large areas of the hospital, which included Medical Records scanning, Patient Registrations and Business Office Financials. Provided direct support to all system users, providing training, repair and troubleshooting starting from managing the servers to end user support. Managed Physician Portal which incorporated various system applications, Lab, Radiology, Cardiology and Medical records in one central location for ease of access to Physicians to provide excellent patient care.
