Tasked with developing a Go-To-Market Business Plan to increase Sales and GP. Negotiated multiple contracts with IHC, VA, Multiple large Fire and Security businesses, local Tech companies, School Districts, etc., was successful in increasing GP from 24% to 38% and Sales by $500K in 18 months. Explored new battery technologies, secured new venders and gained control over inventory disparages, and provided EHS training and compliance for all employees.

*Managed 24 Distributorships in the NW US Region/13 States. Grew NW Region to the #1 Region in Sales and GP. Grew Market Share Region Wide from an average of 12% to 22%, accounting for 1/5 of IBSA's total business. (3.8M units sold per year) *Created Seasonal Market Segment Growth Strategies and facilitated implementation across NW Region. *Facilitated Operational and Financial Deep Dive Evaluations for struggling distributorships and Planned Exit strategies for Retireing Distributors. Increased profits by $9 per unit/sales and increased efficiencies that in turn increased GP by 22% at 9 Distributorships. *Increased by-product production (sale of used batteries) from 4% to 10% Region Wide, increasing revenue by $8.3M.

*Reported directly to VP of Sales and Marketing. *Managed 36 Salespersons in the US and Canada. Accountable for Team Performance and Sales Goals. Exceeded those goals each year in this position. $4.2M/year in incremental GP spread over 320 Distributorships we serviced.*Facilitated Multiple Training Events for both Sales, Product Knowledge and Team Building. Events were held in Florida, NY City, Readosa NM and Puerto Rico for both my sales team and their spouses. *Worked with Distributors to develope Stategic Marketing and Pricing Plans relevant to specific regions and the competition.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

*Recruted by C&D to open a New Factory Branch in SLC for them. In the first year, built busienss to $1M in Gross Sales; by the end of the 3rd year, we had $2M in GS and $800K in Service Revenue. *Negotiated large contracts with Associated Foods, Hershey, ATK, Kimberly Clark, Discover Card, Morton Thycol and RC Willey*Sold and installed the largest Battery Handling System west of the Mississippi to Associated Foods.
