Maintained a rigorous travel schedule making frequent calls to all customers in the territory on a regular basis.

New Start-up of Engraving Products division. Responsible for allocation of Equipment and raw materials. Worked with R&D to design and develop products for the Engraving Systems including training manuals, Packaging, marketing and sales. Managed multiple departments defining production techniques, writing S.O.P.'s and developing a package for sale to the industry. Worked with vendors to design specifications in products to meet specific needs for the system.

Developed New Sales territories for start-up company of retail Safety supply Sales. Supervised and motivated other Sales Representatives aiding in hiring and training.
