Now in this operational leadership role, I oversee all aspects of receiving, storage, distribution, inventory control, purchasing, and ordering. In addition to managing a couple of employees per shift, I’m also responsible for hiring, termination, training, and placement of warehouse staff. Further, I implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and accountability among all staff.During my time with Neutra-Safe, we have expanded our customer base to clients all over the United States, in addition to Mexico, Canada, Australia, Germany, and beyond. I presently serve as the contact person for vendors, suppliers, transportation companies, and essential service companies for our business. Under my direction, we consistently fulfill orders within 72 hours over 95% of the time.
