As a Senior District Sales Manager at McGraw Hill Education, I manage a team of eight sales representatives covering higher education accounts in the southwest. From developing new hires to coaching veterans, I am passionate to see each of my reps achieve success. I strive to build a successful team through building traits of resilience, competitiveness, solid selling skills, and continuous growth and development in each of my reps.In our world today of big data, I leverage my strong analytical skills to enhance productivity, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive overall success. I use Excel and Tableau to analyze sales data and performance metrics. I am always curious with the data and willing to slice-and-dice further using Excel tools such as Pivot Tables and Power Query.I love being a leader but also love jumping in, getting my “hands dirty” and working side-by-side with my reps, calling on accounts, and making sales calls together. This gives me an opportunity to drive selling excellence, foster positivity, and have fun while achieving goals.When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering my daughter and her soccer team on, traveling to new places, hiking with my dog, and reading books.
