As a Member Sales and Service Manager at Servus Credit Union, I work with a team responsible for providing support in the area of sales and service to retail branches, District Managers, and internal departments. Our team, referred to as the Members First Effectiveness Team, assist these groups with establishing and executing coaching routines and effective sales practices.

During this 10 year period in my career with Servus, I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations in 3 different retail branches. I started my branch management role at the Parkland Square branch in Red Deer in March 2002. In March of 2005 I transfered to the Lacombe branch until my transfer to the South Hill branch in Red Deer in February 2011.As a retail branch manager, my key responsibilities were focused on Sales Management, Human Resourse Management, Financial Results and Audit. My time as a branch manager helped me to further develop my skills in the areas of Business Development, Coaching, Mentoring, Effective Communication, Leadership, Change and Problem Solving.
