Managed the repairs of APN-241 for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical, and other customers both in the U.S., and worldwide producing +120 repairs per year. Managed Estimates at Complete (EAC) with business partners and formulated Estimates to Complete (ETC) with close monitoring of variances that may affect project success. Developed proposals supporting both large and small customer requests. Ensured proper program execution, following the guidance of all necessary site processes while maintaining compliance to deliver a quality product. Initiated the Contract Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM) for the current contract and maintains tracking as required. Monitored program performance against baselines, and submits monthly PMR packages for review, and quarterly briefings to NGC upper management. Provide quarterly PMR reviews with the customers, both government and direct commercial. Reviewed risk and opportunity monthly for mitigation or realization. Maintained approval authority for the Contract Change Board. Communicated priorities to the Integrated Product Team to ensure the program objectives are being executed. Manager Production Control - Depot ECM SustainmentResponsible for executing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual scheduling priorities to meet programmatic requirements from the Program Office, and/or Business Area Managers. Developed a new streamlined Production Schedule that is highly filterable, has reduced tabs that includes a datasheet to retrieve metrics tracking with performance indicators.

Project Manager - Airborne Radar SustainmentManaged multi-operational aspects of APN-241 projects, keeping in line with program goals, and contractual requirements. Served as an effective liaison between the program manager, supply chain, engineering, business management and depot management. Developed and managed the partnership production schedule. Drove a 500+ asset rate per year at Robins AFB, while continually meeting targeted sales goals, and keeping USAF monthly asset demands satisfied. Performed all administrative activities supporting APN-241, ensuring successful product workflow, and completion within the depot repair center. Coordinated internal repair activities with depot center personnel, collaborating, and providing direction to Production Control, Material Control, and Depot Sustainment personnel. Supported part obsolescence resolution activities on APN-241, forming guidance on long term part buys, and re-design efforts reducing the risk of low or obsolete parts. Developed and maintained an APN-241 part database used to provide forward looking material buy requirements based on consumption rates, reducing material shortage risks, and ensuring consistent production flow.
