Capture and program management for legacy missile warning (MW), laser warning (LW) and hostile fire indication (HFI) systems. Also provide capture and program management for evolving requirements for the latest MW/LW/HFI systems to include digital interoperability, situational awareness and revolutionary countermeasures.FACE (Future Airborne Capability Environment) steering group member. Well versed in the technical and business aspects of FACE conformance and software portability.

Identifying, capturing and executing all new development programs including IR&D efforts. Included business development, proposal writing, program execution, risk management and support. Led development team for a line of Improved Data Modem (IDM) systems known as the "IDM Family of Products". These products range from a ¼ ATR LRU down to a USB cable and embedded software. The team was comprised of 10 internal and 5 external hardware and software engineers. Completely responsible for profit and loss as well as performance on over 500 contracts from a few thousand dollars to $25M. Negotiated these contracts directly with the Government (US and Foreign) and industry customers. Responsible for the capture and execution of the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispensing System (CMDS) taking it from proposal to production. Also captured and managed follow-on contracts for the system ranging from small spares procurements to multi-million dollar system integration and production efforts. Empowered Official for all export licensing and ITAR related activities for the company. Results: Grew a declining $3M/year program into an expanding $25M/year effort. Grew an $11M/year company into a >$65M/year company. Successfully passed ALE-47 FAT two months ahead of schedule to satisfy GWOT requirements for the DoD. Continually produced EBITDA between 20% and 30% while maintaining a positive cash flow. Consistently in the top 1% of all employees.

Directed the IDM program, which consisted of sales and total system support for the US Government and overseas customers. Support included systems integration, technical data, logistics, training and test equipment. Managed and generated funding to support 10 full time technical professionals. Provided detailed acquisition support to the F-16 and LANTIRN SPOs on several programs from avionics to MIS systems. Support included writing acquisition documents (SOWs, CDRLs, Acq Plans, J&As, Source Selection Standards and Procedures, etc.) as well as program scheduling, risk management and funds tracking. Achievements: Grew a one-man $150K/year effort into a 10 person, $5M/year program. Successfully sold IDMs and test sets to the USAF and eight overseas customers. The first ever support contractor allowed to act as Source Selection Executive Officer. The first ever support contractor to attend the USAF's Public/Private competition training and run a Public/Private source selection. First ever support contractor to receive the F-16 SPO "Falcon of the Month" award. Also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the USAF ASC Commander. Continuously expanded ARINC's support contract from $200K/year to over $1M/year for SPO acquisition support. Managed over 50 contracts with an average EBITDA over 15%. Maintained customer support for over 10 years and was dubbed the "Permanent IDM Program Manager". Consistently ranked in the top 7.5% of all ARINC employees.

WSMIS On-site manager responsible for operation, maintenance and training of the Sustainability Assessment Module (SAM) portion of WSMIS. Supervised 10 functional and software professionals who ran the weekly assessments, interpreted the results and maintained the software and databases. Achievements: Improved product quality and timeliness to the customer. Turned an adversarial customer into a team member and ally. Consistently ranked in the top 10% of all DRC employees.

Budgeting, procuring, managing and distributing over 400 items of F-16 equipment to a world-wide fleet. Chaired numerous support equipment working groups at site activations throughout the world. Interfaced with General Officers and SES civilians at the SPO and Wing level.
