This deal was integral to the acquisition of Portico by McKesson.• Managed the implementation team made up of both business analysts and developers to deliver an automated Practitioner Credentialing solution for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. • Successfully implemented a Provider selection shared service at CIGNA now used to process hundreds of thousands of claims per day. • Lead a team of colleagues to create an internal business analyst training program now used to train all new hires.
